Video Clip no 1

The Pain: Why does it hurt so much? Why do we call it betrayal trauma?  How do I move beyond the trauma?  How do I reengage with life again?

Video Clip no 2

Changing the way we think, feel and react to the betrayal using Brain Working Recursive Therapy -Identifying the worst memory, the preferred memory and the future memory

      –  What to expect during the BWRT SESSION

Video Clip no 3

Now,  continue to address all your other worst memories with regards to the betrayal, each time replaying video clip no 3.

However, it has been shown that it in the best interest of healing to not focus on more than 2 trauma /worst memories per day.

Video Clip no 4

Addressing and Overcoming Negative Beliefs

Perhaps you have identified one negative belief,  perhaps more than one, or perhaps all of them.  Now decide which negative belief you want to change first – the one that resonates most with you.

In the  video clip to follow – Video clip no 5 –  I give the instructions on how to deal with each of your identified negative beliefs:

Video Clip no 5

Clearing Negative Beliefs Using Tapping

Video Clip no 6

Replacing Negative Beliefs with their Positive Opposites

If you originally identified more than one negative belief, now is the time to address the others.  Choose which limiting belief to focus on next, and replay Video Clip no 5.

Now, identify the opposite, positive belief to your identified negative belief, and repeat Video Clip no 6.

Repeat the above until you have removed and replaced all the negative beliefs that you have identified, with their positive alternatives.  My suggestion is however that you only focus on 1 or 2 limiting beliefs per day.  It is important to allow your psyche some time to process the new information.
